I am Noopur Raval, an assistant professor in the Department of Information Studies at UCLA in California, USA. I am a feminist educator and researcher of emerging technologies grounded in humanistic and social science approaches and methods. I currently reside in LA. At UCLA, I have the honor and privilege of training future librarians, archivists and information professionals through my work. I primarily teach Informatics, STS and Design classes in the MLIS and PhD programs.

For prospective PhD students: I am keen to work with new media scholars and practitioners, digital humanists and generally interdisciplinary scholars interested in researching the social and cultural impact of technology.
